LEICESTER’S 2023 top-flight campaign will open with a home clash against Ipswich at the Paul Chapman & Sons Arena on Thursday March 30.
The match will be the first leg of the KO Cup tie between the clubs, with the Witches featuring several former Lions stars including former World Champion Jason Doyle and skipper Danny King.
The return leg takes place at Foxhall on Thursday April 6, with the winners to face Peterborough in the semi-finals.
Lions’ opening Premiership matches are against the Panthers as they make the short trip to the East of England Arena on Easter Monday (April 10) before staging the return on Thursday April 13.
The first month also features a visit from champions Belle Vue on April 20 and a Midlands derby trip to Wolverhampton on April 24.
